$20–24/hour (depending on experience)
A growing manufacturing company in Lawrence, MA is seeking a Production Control Coordinator to support daily production and inventory operations in a fast-paced environment.
This person will help keep production running smoothly by tracking inventory, updating systems, and coordinating with multiple departments to ensure materials and schedules stay on track.
Monitor inventory and production schedules
Track materials and work-in-progress throughout production
Update ERP/MRP systems with accurate inventory information
Work closely with production, engineering, shipping, and supply chain teams
Help resolve scheduling or material shortages
Generate reports related to production output and inventory
Maintain accurate documentation and records
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, production control, inventory, or scheduling
Experience with ERP/MRP systems preferred (SAP is a plus)
Strong computer and data entry skills
Microsoft Excel experience required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Manufacturing/cleanroom environment
May require standing, walking, and handling light materials
Some schedule flexibility may be needed based on production demands
