What You Will Do:
Schedule production orders in SAP for work-in-process materials and verify proper processing to support production schedules.
Reconcile material goods issues and receipts to production orders daily, ensuring inventory accuracy and investigating discrepancies with cross-functional teams.
Perform material tracing and audit manufacturing paperwork within SAP.
Coordinate material and product changes.
Plan and manage daily labor schedules to meet production demands while controlling overtime.
Track and maintain SAP databases and production records; prepare reports in a timely manner.
Attend management meetings to stay current on project status, production schedules, and operational updates.
Train line employees and management on accurate SAP data entry.
Support supervisors with planning and scheduling; help resolve production, scheduling, and shipping issues.
Ensure compliance with company mission, values, policies, and standards of conduct.
What You Will Bring:
High school diploma or equivalent.
3-5 years of related experience in production control, manufacturing, or scheduling.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook) and Windows-based systems.
Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and material flow.
trong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and with limited supervision.
Ability to analyze data and generate reports from systems such as SAP.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to collaborate across teams.
Experience in production labor scheduling preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to train/support team members effectively
