Position Overview
Stand-By Personnel is seeking a detail-oriented Production Control Associate to support manufacturing operations in Pryor. This position plays a critical role in coordinating production schedules, monitoring inventory levels, tracking work orders, and ensuring materials and resources are available to meet production demands.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with production data, and able to communicate effectively across multiple departments to keep manufacturing operations running efficiently.
Required Experience & Skills
1 3 years of experience in manufacturing, production planning, inventory control, or a related field preferred
Experience using ERP/MRP systems is a plus
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
Ability to analyze production data and generate reports
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and inventory control principles
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Create, update, and maintain production schedules based on customer demand and manufacturing capacity
Release and monitor work orders throughout the production process
Track production progress and identify scheduling conflicts, bottlenecks, or delays
Coordinate with purchasing and inventory teams to ensure materials are available when needed
Maintain accurate production and inventory records within ERP/MRP systems
Analyze production data and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
Support production planning activities to improve efficiency and maximize resource utilization
Work closely with warehouse personnel to maintain inventory accuracy and stock levels
Assist in resolving production shortages, material issues, and scheduling conflicts
Communicate production priorities and schedule changes to manufacturing and support departments
Ensure compliance with company safety policies, quality standards, and operating procedures
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on increasing productivity and reducing waste
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial production environment
Familiarity with inventory management and production scheduling software
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Experience supporting lean manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the workday as needed
Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
Frequent computer use, data entry, and communication with production personnel
Ability to work in both office and manufacturing environments while wearing required PPE when entering production areas
Work Environment
Manufacturing facility with both office and production floor responsibilities
Fast-paced environment supporting production, planning, warehousing, and purchasing teams
Regular interaction with ERP/MRP systems, inventory records, and production schedules
