As a Production Cabinet Shop Laborer and Delivery Driver, you'll be a vital part of the team, contributing to both the production process and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely deliveries. You'll work closely with the shop team and delivery personnel to produce quality cabinetry and countertops, while providing excellent service to clients during drop-offs.
What You'll Do
As a Production Cabinet Shop Laborer and Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for
- Assisting with cabinet and countertop production in the shop
- Loading and unloading cabinets, countertops, and materials
- Making local deliveries to customers and job sites
- Safely handling products to prevent damage during transport
- Using basic hand and power tools for assembly and installation support
- Assisting with general shop duties, including keeping work areas clean and organized
- Following instructions to complete tasks efficiently and accurately
- Maintaining high-quality standards to meet customer expectations
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have
- Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
- Dependability with excellent attendance
- Comfort driving and making local deliveries
- Ability to safely lift and move cabinets, countertops, and materials
- Basic experience with hand and power tools (preferred but on-the-job training available)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely
- Comfort with repetitive physical tasks, including lifting, bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching
- Experience in cabinetry, woodworking, construction, or production is a plus
