knowledge of construction specification documents and plans
knowledge of production equipment and tools
ability to prioritize projects or initiatives and plan labor efforts and materials
ability to multi-task and handle large amounts of work effectively and efficiently
ability to resolve customer needs and optimize efficiencies
basic knowledge of Microsoft Office; Word, Outlook, Excel
excellent communication skills; both verbal and written
willingness to work a varying schedule; including nights, holidays and weekends when required
Preferred Qualifications
four (4) or more years of experience building cabinets, carpentry or equivalent
knowledge of retail designs, equipment, millwork and operations
mechanical knowledge
intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office; Word, Outlook, Excel
knowledge of Publix Strategy
knowledge of CQI Methodologies
