Production Butter Operator (Heavy)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Production Butter Operator to join a cookie manufacturing team. This position is responsible for handling and preparing butter used in the cookie production process. The ideal candidate must be comfortable with physically demanding work, including frequent and repetitive heavy lifting throughout the shift.

Essential Job Duties:

• Lift, carry, and transport stacks of butter weighing approximately 50 pounds each.

• Repeatedly lift and move heavy butter containers throughout the production area.

• Load butter into production equipment according to production requirements.

• Prepare and supply butter to the production line to maintain consistent workflow.

• Follow production instructions and maintain proper ingredient handling procedures.

• Keep the work area clean and organized.

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines.

• Assist with additional production duties as needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to consistently lift and carry 50 pounds throughout the entire shift.

• Frequent repetitive heavy lifting, bending, reaching, and carrying.

• Ability to stand and remain physically active for extended periods.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

• Must be comfortable performing physically demanding tasks on a daily basis.

Qualifications:

• Previous production or food manufacturing experience preferred but not required.

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

• Must be physically capable of meeting the lifting requirements of the position.

Important Physical Demand: This position involves continuous, repetitive heavy lifting of approximately 50-pound butter stacks throughout the workday. Candidates must be comfortable with consistent heavy physical labor.
