Production Build Technician

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented technician to support the construction of precision products in a manufacturing environment. This role involves working from technical documentation to complete product builds using mechanical and electrical components. Please note, this position does not involve soldering. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

Primary Responsibilities

• Interpret engineering drawings, diagrams, and work instructions to complete product builds
• Position, fit, and secure components to meet design specifications
• Use a variety of hand and power tools to complete production tasks
• Inspect work throughout the process to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met
• Document completed work and report any nonconforming items
• Maintain steady workflow while meeting daily production targets
• Collaborate with quality and production teams to support efficient operations
