Job Summary:
Protech Staffing is seeking motivated associates to join a busy commercial bakery. These positions support daily production by preparing products, maintaining a clean and sanitary facility, and moving materials throughout the warehouse using forklifts and other equipment. The bakery operates in a warm to hot environment, and candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high standards for quality, food safety, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities: Production Associates

• Assemble, package, inspect, and prepare bakery products for shipment.
• Monitor product quality and report any issues to supervisors.
• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow recipes, production schedules, and food safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Meet daily production goals while following all company policies.

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, bakery, food production, experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a hot production environment.
• Ability to stand, bend, twist, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and excellent attendance.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must be able to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required.
