The Production Operator will be responsible for building, assembling, and inspecting units and components according to established procedures and quality standards. The ideal candidate has good manual dexterity, can follow detailed instructions, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

•      Assemble components, sub-assemblies, and final products according to work instructions, diagrams, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
•      Handle and install circuit boards, processors, memory, power supplies, and other electronic parts with care and precision
•      Perform visual inspections and functional checks to ensure quality and proper assembly
•      Use hand tools, power tools, and basic testing equipment as needed
•      Follow ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety procedures and handle components in compliance with handling guidelines
•      Identify and report any defective parts, assembly issues, or deviations from standards
•      Work closely with team leads and quality inspectors to maintain production goals and product quality
•      Maintain a clean and organized workstation in line with 5S and Lean practices
•      Meet daily and weekly production targets and support continuous improvement efforts

Work Environment: •    Climate-controlled warehouse and production floor environment. •    Fast-paced, team-oriented setting with production targets and deadlines. •    Work involves repetitive tasks, including standing, bending, and hand movements. •    Regular interaction with team leads, quality inspectors, and other departments. •    Use of hand tools, power tools, and basic testing equipment. •    Requirement to follow safety protocols, including ESD procedures and workplace organization standards.

•    High school diploma or GED required.
•    Prior experience in assembly, manufacturing, or related field is a plus.
•    Basic knowledge of electronic hardware and components is preferred.
•    Ability to read and follow assembly instructions, part lists, and technical drawings.
•    Manual dexterity and attention to detail.

Education/Experience:

Physical Requirements:

•    Ability to stand for extended periods while working on the production floor.
•    Frequent use of hands for fine motor tasks, including assembling small electronic components.
•    Capability to lift, carry, or move materials and equipment up to 20–30 lbs.
•    Repetitive motions such as assembling, fastening, and handling parts with precision.
•    Occasional walking, bending, and climbing ladders to support production activities.
•    Visual acuity for inspecting components, reading instructions, and identifying defects.
