Production Associate - Weekly Pay

Hours & Pay of the Warehouse Production Associate:

~ Monday - Thursday - Work 4 / 10 hour shifts
~ 7:00 am - 5:30 pm
~ $14.00 an hour to start with $1.00 raise when you go full-time with client after 90-days.
~ Excellent benefits package with bonuses and 401k with matching when you go full-time with client!

Essential duties and responsibilities of the Warehouse Production Associate:

• Assist in shipping and receiving, unloading and checking in raw materials.
• Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders, pulling materials, packing boxes, and placing orders in the delivery area.
• Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to organizational standards.
• Open bales, crates, and other containers.
• Maintains inventory controls by collecting stock location orders, printing requests, and recording amounts of materials or items received and distributed.
• Assist in physical inventory count.
• Maintains a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet areas, and workstations neat.
• Sweep, dust and mop.
• Organize warehouse and work area when required.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers to ensure efficient production and deadlines are met.
• Assist in loading raw materials to the production lines.
• Stack 5-gallon buckets onto pallets.
• Wear the proper safety equipment.

Qualification requirements of the Warehouse Production Associate:

• 1-2 years of previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Good communication, organizational, time management, and mathematical skills.
• Dependable and reliable.
• Inventory, equipment maintenance, data entry, and computer skills may be required.
• Sharp attention to detail.
• Self-driven and hardworking.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Regularly lift and/or move objects that weigh up to 55 lbs.
• Able to stand for your entire shift.
• Able to wear a full-face respirator as required.
