Responsibilities- Operate manufacturing machinery and equipment according to established procedures
- Assemble electronic components and products to specification
- Perform visual inspections and basic quality checks to ensure product standards are met
- Follow work instructions, production schedules, and safety guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with 5S standards
- Accurately complete production documentation and reports
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions or production issues
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Must have the ability to work with small parts
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25–50 pounds as needed
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Shift & Pay Information4th Shift – Weekend Nights- 11:30 PM – 11:30 AM | Friday & Saturday
- $17.00/hr + $3.00/hr Shift Premium = $20.00/hr
5th Shift – Weekend Days- 11:30 AM – 11:30 PM | Saturday & Sunday
- $17.00/hr + $3.00/hr Shift Premium = $20.00/hr
