Production Associate

TRC Talent Solutions is currently accepting applications for our great client located in Ivyland, PA!

No experience necessary, training provided to all employees.

Hours: 2:45PM to 12:45AM Monday through Thursday

Off every Friday

Breaks: One 30 minute paid lunch and Two 10 minute paid breaks

Training Hours: 1 week on first shift from 7:00AM-3:00PM

Starting Probation Payrate: $17.00 Per hour

Hired after 3 months moving to $20.00 Per Hour

Responsibilities:

Remove plastic parts off a machine

Inspect parts for quality

Examine product for surface defects such as dents, bubbles, thin areas and cracks

Remove product from mold or conveyor and clean and reload the mold

Stack parts in boxes or on conveyor for processing or leave parts in mold to cool

Report defects to Supervisor

Follow directions as noted on work order travelers and production drawings

Follow verbal instructions from Production Supervisor or Team Lead

Process orders as dictated by the production schedule

Maintain a clean, safe work area

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Ability to understand written and verbal English instructions

Able to read and understand written instructions

Able to stand while working

Ability to lift and move up to 25lbs

Pass a 7-year criminal background check and drug screening

Targeted Skills: warehouse, assembly, manufacturing, plastic, injection molding, machine operator, machinist, production, assembly, assembler
