Job Title: Production Associate Warehouse 1st shift

As a 1st Shift Production Associate-Warehouse, you play a vital role in keeping our operations moving and our customers satisfied. Your work ensures that materials flow efficiently through the plant-supporting production, quality, and on-time delivery.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support daily warehouse operations by unloading trucks, receiving materials, picking parts, and delivering components to production areas

• Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, tuggers, hand trucks) safely and efficiently after training and certification

• Maintain accuracy and flow by scanning materials, monitoring inventory, refilling Kanban bins, and reporting shortages

• Meet quality and productivity goals while following safety guidelines and keeping work areas clean and organized

• Collaborate with your team and rotate across workstations to support production needs and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED, and at least 18 years of age

• Basic computer skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English

• Ability to work in an active environment, including standing for extended periods and frequently lifting up to 30 lbs

• Foundational experience in warehouse, production, or material handling is a plus, but not required
