    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Manufacturing Production Associate to join our growing production team. In this role, you will work in a cleanroom manufacturing environment supporting the production of high-quality medical products. The ideal candidate is reliable, quality-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing setting while following strict quality and safety standards.
    Key Responsibilities:
    Media Manufacturing
    Perform production activities related to media manufacturing, including:
    • Review work order kits during and after production
    • Fill syringes using established procedures
    • Inspect syringes for quality and accuracy
    • Pouch, water, and seal syringes
    • Label and package finished products
    • Prepare production samples for Quality Control analysis
    Equipment Operation:
    • Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment
    • Operate automated and semi-automated filling machines
    • Use sealing equipment and torque drivers
    • Perform routine equipment checks and report any issues
    Quality & Compliance:
    • Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
    • Complete manufacturing documentation accurately and on time
    • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Manufacturing Instructions
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment
    Inventory & Material Handling:
    • Label, store, and move work-in-process materials
    • Replenish production consumables
    • Assist with warehouse inventory control and material organization as needed
    Qualifications:
    Required
    • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
    • Ability to work the scheduled 1st Shift
    • Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
    • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
    • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
    Preferred
    • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
    • Experience working in a cleanroom environment
    • Medical device, pharmaceutical, or life sciences manufacturing experience
    • Basic computer skills
    Work schedule:
    • Monday Thursday: 5:00 AM 2:00 PM
    • Friday: 5:00 AM 11:00 AM
