Description

Production Associate – 1st & 3rd Shift

Location: Strongsville, OH
Pay: $15–$17 an hour
Schedule: 1st or 3rd shift
Experience: No experience required
Pay frequency: Weekly
Bonus: Up to $500 seasonal bonus


Start your manufacturing career as a Production Associate in Strongsville. No previous manufacturing experience is needed—paid on-the-job training is provided.

Shift options

  • 1st shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

  • 3rd shift: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 p.m.–6:30 a.m.

Overtime may be available as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble parts and components according to work instructions.

  • Inspect products and report quality concerns.

  • Package finished products for shipment.

  • Follow safety procedures and production guidelines.

  • Work with the team to meet production goals.

  • Learn additional tasks and help in other areas as needed.

Qualifications

  • Dependable, with strong attendance.

  • Able to stand for the duration of the shift.

  • Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

  • Willing to learn and follow instructions.
  • Previous warehouse, assembly, or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.

Pay and benefits

  • $15–$17 per hour, based on experience and shift.

  • Weekly pay.

  • Full-time schedule.

  • Paid on-the-job training.

  • Opportunity to earn up to a $500 seasonal bonus.
