About the Opportunity
Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Production Associates for Deneen Pottery in Saint Paul, MN. In this role, you'll support the pottery production process by loading and unloading kilns, moving products throughout the facility, and inspecting finished pottery for quality. What You'll Do as a Production Associate:

• Read and follow work orders, production schedules, and special instructions
• Safely load pottery into kilns and unload finished products after firing
• Move carts containing pottery and kiln materials throughout the production area
• Inspect pottery for cracks, glaze defects, and other quality concerns
• Separate and report damaged or defective products to supervisors
• Handle pottery carefully to prevent breakage and maintain quality standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kiln room work environment

What You Need to Bring to the Production Associate Role:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
• Ability to push, pull, and maneuver loaded carts
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, twist, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a warm environment due to kiln operations
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or kiln experience is helpful but not required
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
