Production Associate
Job Location: Petaluma, California
Job Type: Temporary
Pay Rate: $19-$20/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday; 7am-3:30pm (some Saturdays may be required based on production needs)
Description of Position:
Do you have Production Associate experience working in a food manufacturing environment? Our client is looking for a dependable, hardworking, individuals to join a growing production team. This temporary opportunity is expected to run through August, but could extend longer if there is a demand for business. This is ideal for candidates who enjoy working in a dynamic environment while producing high-quality food products.

Job Responsibilities:
- Produce cheese according to daily production schedules
- Monitor product quality and food safety standards throughout the production process
- Follow all GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and company policies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Work closely with team members to achieve daily production goals
- Report quality concerns, equipment issues, or production problems promptly
- Support additional production duties as assigned

Experience Required:
- Previous manufacturing or food production experience preferred
- Strong work ethic with reliable attendance
- Basic math and problem solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products
- Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic production environment
- English required; Spanish is a plus
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
Physical Requirements:
- Lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in cold, wet, and occasionally noisy production environments
