    • Monitor processes and investigate causes of defects.
    • Review procedures and processes and make adjustments as needed to improve operations.
    • Train new hire production associates in the manufacturing processes and procedures.
    • Regular attendance, report to work on time for all scheduled shifts, and complete all shifts.
    • Work overtime as required.
    • Work cooperatively with others.
    • Work with internal and external customers on quality issues.
    • Generate and maintain appropriate records as required.
    • Achieve operator certification in all jobs worked.
    • Perform other reasonable tasks as required by Supervisor or Team Lead.
    • Participate and embrace continuous improvement actions.
    • Work and participate in a team environment.
    • Be able to work afternoon or night shift
    • Operate powered industrial equipment safely and productively, when needed.
