    Description

    Now Hiring: Production Associates in Lexington, NC

    Schedule: Rotating 12-Hour Night Shift
    Employment Type: Full-Time
    Work Every Other Weekend | Two 3-Day Weekends Per Month

    Our client is seeking motivated, dependable, and safety-focused individuals to join its manufacturing team in Lexington, NC.     The Production Associate plays a key role in supporting production operations, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring products are prepared efficiently for shipment. Ideal candidates are hardworking, flexible, and eager to learn in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
      
    What You'll Do

    As a Production Associate, your responsibilities will include:
    • Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and work instructions
    • Stack and adjust paper sheets on production lines and shipping pallets
    • Prepare and band pallets for shipment
    • Assist machine operators in wet and dry processing areas after downtime
    • Help restart production equipment and processes efficiently
    • Sweep floors and clean machines of paper debris, resin, and dust
    • Empty trash containers and dumpsters as needed
    • Support production activities to help meet quality and productivity goals
    • Perform additional duties and assignments as directed by management
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
    Qualifications
    Required
    • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
    • Good attendance and punctuality
    • Ability to read, write, and understand work instructions and safety documentation
    • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
    Preferred
    • 1-2 years of manufacturing experience
    • Forklift experience
    Schedule & Benefits
    • Rotating 12-hour shifts
