Production Associate (1st Shift & 2nd Shift Available)
Location: Milaca, MN Pay:
- 1st Shift: $18.00 per hour
- 2nd Shift: $19.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 1st Shift: Monday through Thursday, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM - 9:30 PM
- Overtime opportunities available based on production needs

Position Overview
As a Production Associate, you will play an essential role in the manufacturing process by performing production and assembly line tasks while ensuring products are produced safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards. Successful candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to working as part of a team to meet production goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and repetitive production and assembly line duties.
- Follow work instructions, production procedures, and quality standards.
- Assemble and apply product components using both hand processes and production equipment.
- Replenish production lines with necessary materials and ingredients.
- Fill, monitor, and operate production equipment as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food safety regulations, and company policies.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Assist with additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, production, or food production experience is helpful but not required.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong work ethic with reliable attendance.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and productivity.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions frequently throughout the workday.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
