Production Associate / Machine Operator – Weekly Pay – Up to $17.50/hr

Location: Salisbury, NC
Pay: $12.50–$15.50/hr base pay + $2.00/hr attendance bonus
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 1st and 2nd Shift Available
Start: Immediate openings available

Alliance Industrial Solutions is hiring Production Associates and Machine Operators for full-time manufacturing jobs in Salisbury, NC. These positions offer weekly pay, steady hours, attendance bonus opportunities, and a fast hiring process.

No experience is required for many Production Associate openings. Machine operating experience is required for higher-paying Machine Operator roles.

Pay & Schedule

  • $12.50–$15.50/hr base pay, depending on position and shift

  • $2.00/hr attendance bonus

  • Earn up to $17.50/hr

  • Weekly pay

  • Monday–Friday schedule

  • Overtime available

Available Shifts

  • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

  • 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM–12:00 AM

Job Duties

  • Operate or assist production machines

  • Load and unload materials

  • Inspect products for quality

  • Perform general production and manufacturing tasks

  • Keep work area clean and organized

  • Follow safety and production guidelines

Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

  • Reliable attendance

  • Strong work ethic

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

  • Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required for all positions

  • Machine operating experience required for higher-paying roles
