Partners Personnel is seeking dependable and motivated Production Workers for a cabinetry manufacturing company. This position supports the production and assembly of cabinetry products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Job Title: Production Associate
Pay Rate: $17.00/hr.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the production and assembly of cabinets and cabinetry components
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the production area
- Sand, finish, inspect, and package cabinetry products as needed
- Follow production schedules and work instructions to meet daily goals
- Maintain quality standards and inspect products for defects
- Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all company safety procedures and policies
- Support shipping, receiving, or warehouse functions as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or woodworking experience preferred
- Experience in cabinetry, furniture, or woodworking environments is a plus
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable attendance and teamwork skills
