PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE
Glendale Heights, IL 
  • Hours: 2:30pm - 11:00pm (M-F)
  • Pay: $16.50 / hour

Responsibilities: Production Line Associate
  • Work on a production line where products move along a conveyor belt, performing assigned tasks efficiently and accurately.
  • Inspect products for quality and identify any defects or inconsistencies before they move to the next stage of production.
  • Package, label, or sort products according to company specifications and production requirements.
  • Maintain a steady production pace while meeting quality and productivity standards.
  • Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
  • Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies at all times.
  • Report equipment issues, production delays, or product defects to the Production Supervisor promptly.
  • Assist with general production, assembly, and material handling tasks as needed.
  • Support team members to ensure production goals and daily output targets are achieved.
