• Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00
• After Training: Rotating and swing shifts; must be available to work any shift and any day of the week

Summary:

• Full-time Copper Wire Production Associate position in Fort Wayne, Indiana
• Work on the Enamel, Rewind, or Extrusion production lines processing copper wire
• Support manufacturing operations by operating equipment, moving materials, and preparing production materials

Responsibilities:

• Operate copper wire processing equipment on the Enamel, Rewind, or Extrusion lines
• Perform production support tasks such as core cutting, opening boxes, and cleaning rolls
• Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to transport materials throughout the facility
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow production schedules, quality standards, and safety procedures
• Complete other duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing or production experience
• Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment
• Must be able to stand, walk, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Willingness to work rotating and swing shifts after training, including any shift and any day of the week is required
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
