In this role, you will operate industrial sewing machines to manufacture and assemble pillows, comforters, mattress pads, and other fabric-based products. The ideal candidate has experience working with industrial sewing equipment, can maintain consistent quality standards, and thrives in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Operate industrial sewing machines to sew pillows, comforters, mattress covers, and other textile products. Assemble fabric components according to production specifications and quality standards. Inspect materials before and after sewing to ensure accuracy and product quality. Measure, trim, and align fabric pieces as required. Replace thread, needles, and perform basic machine adjustments. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Meet daily production quotas while maintaining high-quality workmanship. Identify and report defective materials, equipment issues, or production concerns to supervisors. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure production goals are met. Qualifications Previous experience operating industrial sewing machines required. Experience in textile, bedding, upholstery, or garment manufacturing preferred.
