Production Associate

Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00AM-2:30PM - No weekends
We are seeking (3) dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to assist with assembling, packaging, and staging retail product displays. This position involves building promotional displays according to established specifications, operating warehouse equipment, and ensuring completed displays are properly secured and ready for shipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble retail product displays according to required specifications and quality standards.

• Position pallets and prepare materials for display assembly.

• Fold and assemble corrugated cardboard display panels and components.

• Load and arrange products within assembled displays.

• Secure completed displays to pallets using strapping materials.

• Shrink-wrap completed pallets and stage them in designated warehouse areas.

• Operate walkie riders to transport pallets and materials throughout the facility.

• Inspect completed displays for accuracy, stability, and quality.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse, assembly, packaging, or material handling experience preferred.

• Walkie rider experience required. Candidate must have at least 1 year of experience. 

• Reach truck experience is a plus but not required. 

• Ability to follow detailed assembly instructions and product specifications.

• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks, including standing, bending, lifting, and moving materials.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Dependable attendance and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Commitment to following workplace safety procedures.

Assignment Details

• Temporary assignment expected to last at least 2 months possibly longer.

• Potential for additional warehouse responsibilities based on operational needs.

• Work involves hands-on display assembly, pallet preparation, packaging, and material handling.
• Candidates must provide their own steel-toe shoes. Pittsburgh Paints will provide all other required PPE.  They can wear blue jeans and a t-shirt. 
• Candidates must be fluent in English. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.
