Production Associate

Nesco Resource is currently hiring for manufacturing positions in the Elizabethtown area.
12 Hour Shifts (Day/Night Shifts Available)

The training schedule will be Tuesday - Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. After the four-day training is completed, employees will transition to their assigned shifts.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, following standardized work instructions and safe practices.
• Operate molding presses, clear jams, restart automation, and adjust/change films as needed.
• Inspect and trim parts for quality defects, ensuring they meet customer specifications.
• Count, organize, and package parts, complete shift paperwork.
• Communicate production issues and defects to Lead, Technician, and/or Supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and work effectively as part of a team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Functions and Physical Demands:

      •  Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. at continuous intervals throughout the day
      •  Must be able to stand for long periods of time
      •  Must be able to operate a motorized pallet jack and other necessary equipment to do the job
      •  Requires frequent bending, squatting and twisting motions
      •  Attention to detail - continuously perform visual inspections on parts
