Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Night Shift: 6 PM - 6 AM | Schedule: 2-2-3 Rotation

Job Duties

• Operate and support paper slitting and packaging machinery to meet production and quality goals.
• Load raw materials and remove finished products for packaging, staging, and shipment.
• Perform machine coverage duties during operator absences, breaks, and schedule gaps.
• Package finished products according to production specifications.
• Assist with machine changeovers and basic preventive maintenance.
• Complete production reporting, quality documentation, and data entry accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.
• Cross-train on multiple production lines and equipment to support manufacturing operations.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical education preferred.

Experience Requirements

• Previous manufacturing, machine operator, or production experience required.
• Basic computer skills for production reporting and data entry.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to quality and workplace safety.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and support multiple production processes.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and perform material handling duties.
• Ability to stand and work throughout 12-hour shifts.

What You Will Do

As a Production Associate you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
