We are looking for a detail-oriented, dependable Production Associate to join our team. In this role, you’ll help prepare products for shipping by weighing, packaging, labeling, and organizing inventory. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced environment.

- PAY: $17.00-$20.00 per hour, offer depending on experience
Qualifications:
- Strong Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain accuracy.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous production, warehouse, or packaging experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
- Ability to follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Our Production Associate will:
- Prepare and package tea, coffee, and spice products for retail and wholesale orders.
- Weigh, portion, and label products accurately.
- Apply product labels and package items for shipment.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Track inventory, assist with lot numbers, and maintain accurate records.
- Keep production area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Support warehouse operations and other production tasks as needed.
- Follow all safety procedures, sanitation standards, and company policies.
