Production Associate – Assembly & Packaging

Location: Huntington Beach, CA
Pay: $17.25–$19.50 per hour
Shifts: 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift Opportunities

Kimco Staffing is partnering with an established manufacturing company in Huntington Beach, CA to hire Production Associates, Assemblers, and Packers.

We have multiple openings across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts for candidates interested in manufacturing, assembly, packaging, inspection, and production work.

Pay & Shift Ranges

Pay varies by shift, schedule, and assignment.

1st Shift

• Pay: $17.25–$18.00/hour
• Start times: Between 6:00 AM and 7:25 AM

2nd Shift

• Pay: $18.25–$19.00/hour
• Start times: Between 2:00 PM and 3:25 PM

3rd Shift

• Pay: $18.75–$19.50/hour
• Start times: Between 10:00 PM and 11:25 PM

Exact start and end times may vary by assignment. Overtime and weekend work may be required based on business needs.

Job Duties

Depending on the assignment, responsibilities may include:

• Assemble, package, inspect, and finish products according to specifications.
• Perform assembly, packaging, labeling, and rework.
• Operate secondary machinery and production equipment safely.
• Inspect products for quality defects.
• Verify quantities, packaging, and UPC labels.
• Perform shrink wrapping and other packaging operations.
• Follow safety, quality, and production procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Report quality or production issues to the appropriate supervisor or technician.
• Work effectively as part of a production team.
• Perform other production and warehouse duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Manufacturing, assembly, packaging, or production experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow basic work instructions.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a production environment.
• Ability to lift and handle materials weighing up to 40 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive hand movements during the work shift.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work overtime when required based on business needs.
• Ability to follow workplace safety and quality procedures.
