Description
Production Associate
We’re hiring reliable and motivated Production Associates to join our manufacturing team. On-the-job training is provided.
You’ll assemble, test, and inspect products, operate manufacturing equipment, and help meet daily production and quality goals.
Pay & Benefits
- $14-$16 per hour
- Full-time, 10-12 hour Day and Night Shifts

Responsibilities
- Assemble and test products according to work instructions
- Use basic hand tools
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy
- Enter and maintain basic production information
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all safety and quality procedures
- Assist with other production duties as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Manufacturing, assembly, production experience is a plus, but not required
- Basic computer and math skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with moderate noise
