Production Associate (34408)

CEC is seeking dependable, motivated Production Workers to join our manufacturing team. This is an entry-level opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and are willing to learn. Previous electrical, apprenticeship, or manufacturing experience is not required-CEC will provide the necessary training.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
• Overtime and weekend work may be required based on production needs

Job Responsibilities

• Follow basic work instructions and established production procedures
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials
• Operate basic hand tools safely and correctly
• Perform basic math and measurements
• Complete hands-on production and assembly work
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and supervisor instructions
• Wear required personal protective equipment at all times
• Assist with additional production duties as assigned

Candidate Qualifications

• Dependable, punctual, and ready to work
• Willing to learn and participate in company-provided training
• Able to remain on your feet for most of the workday
• Comfortable working in a warehouse and manufacturing environment
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions
• Basic manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
• Electrical or apprenticeship experience is not required

Training and Equipment

CEC provides:

• Required internal job training
• OSHA 10/30 training, if required
• Forklift and scissor-lift training, if required
• Basic personal protective equipment
• Company tools needed to perform the job

Employees are responsible for providing and wearing their own work boots.

Work Environment and Safety
