Compensation: $16.00–$18.00 per hour – paid weekly
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–4:00 PM

What You'll Do as a Production Associate:- Solder electrical components according to specifications
- Perform quality inspections on finished products before shipment
- Package products for shipment
- Prepare customer orders for shipping
- Measure LED light components to ensure order accuracy
What You Need to Bring to the Production Associate Role:- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Strong hand dexterity when working with small, delicate parts
- Detail-oriented mindset and patience for precision work
- Soldering experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to follow work instructions and quality standards
- Willingness to complete a background check and 4-panel drug screen
- Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
