Job Title: Production Associate (Door Manufacturing)
Location: Garland, TX
Pay: $17.75/hour
Schedule: Hours are Monday to Friday from 6 AM to 2:30 PM with potential OT up to 4:30 PM 
Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable Production Associates to join a door manufacturing team. Responsibilities may vary based on assignment and include operating machinery, assembling doors, inspecting products for quality, and supporting general warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate small and large production machines 
  • Assemble doors on a production line 
  • Inspect finished products for quality standards 
  • Machine doors for hardware installation 
  • Perform material preparation and handling 
  • Stage and package finished goods for shipment 
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment 
  • Assist with other general warehouse duties as needed 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in woodworking (doors, cabinets, millwork, etc.) 
  • Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience 
  • Basic knowledge of building materials 
  • Ability to perform simple math and use measuring tools
