Production Assistant

This position will assist with screen printing, embroidery, laser engraving, packaging, and general production tasks. Must be able to speak, read, write, type, and understand English.

Pay: $16.00–$18.00/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job SummaryWe are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Assistant to help produce customized apparel and promotional products. This position will assist with screen printing, embroidery, laser engraving, packaging, and general production tasks.
Job Duties

• Prepare apparel, drinkware, bags, and other products for production
• Assist with screen printing, embroidery, and laser engraving
• Load and unload materials and production equipment
• Follow work orders and production instructions
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy
• Trim, fold, sort, tag, and package finished products
• Assist with shipping and customer orders
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety and production procedures

Requirements

• Previous production or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Basic computer skills are helpful
• Willingness to learn and operate production equipment

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Repetitive hand and arm movements
• Bend, reach, lift, and carry materials as needed
• Ability to safely handle production materials
