Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, train, and mentor production staff while promoting accuracy, productivity, and continuous skill development. Experience with heavy fabrication or refinery equipment, including tube sheets, heat exchangers, or similar products, is preferred.

Key Requirements:

• Supervisory or leadership experience in a fabrication or industrial manufacturing environment required.
• Experience with heavy fabrication or refinery equipment, including tube sheets, heat exchangers, or similar products, is preferred.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, train, and mentor production staff while promoting accuracy, productivity, and continuous skill development.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, including layout, fit-up, welding, and material handling.
• Familiarity with welding processes such as TIG, MIG, and Stick welding.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job specifications.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including experience with timekeeping, job tracking, or production software. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word) is preferred.

Shifts:

• Monday - Friday
• 7:00 am to 4:00 pm 
• Overtime Opportunity!
