Proposed Salary Range: $11.48 per hour
Schedule: Part-Time Only (not to exceed 25 hours per week)
Work Location: On-site (No Hybrid or Remote)
Shift(s): Monday & Tuesdays (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM)
The Production Assistant assists with assembly and/or packaging, in a fast-paced, high-speed environment. Tasks are primarily manual or semi-automated, with limited automation. Jigs and fixtures are commonly used to ensure components meet dimensional and product specification requirements.
A Production Assistant should have the capability to read and interpret process information; and understand the impact their actions have on the quality objective.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure work instructions. Ability to write complete daily written reports. Ability to communicate effectively before groups of customers, vendors, or employees of organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Basic mathematical skills.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to read, to understand, and follow instructions and operation manuals.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES
