Production Assistant - Tulane Bands

Schedule:

Monday & Wednesday: 5:30-7:30 PM

Friday: 4:30-6:30 PM

Additional hours for special events as needed.

Position Summary

Tulane Bands is seeking a Production Assistant to support rehearsals, performances, and events. The Production Assistant will assist with setup, equipment, event logistics, and general production needs to help ensure band activities run smoothly.

• Reliable and punctual
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable with physical setup and moving equipment
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to help wherever needed
• Assist with setup and breakdown for rehearsals and performances
• Help with equipment, instruments, chairs, stands, and other production needs
• Support band staff during rehearsals and events
• Assist with event logistics and organization
• Provide additional production support for special events, including Tulane football games, Mardi Gras, and LMEA
