We pride ourselves on offering an exceptional design process and a seamless construction experience, all supported by a team of personable and professional experts.Our commitment is to deliver well-designed, high-performing residential solutions that combine functional precision, technical expertise, and inspiring aesthetics—all while maintaining a strong focus on value. We are currently looking to grow our team with a Production Assistant. Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Perform all carpentry and labor tasks necessary to the successful completion of the project.
Support all Project Managers and Carpentry staff as needed.
Ensure the site is consistently clean, orderly, safe for all interactions, and secure from unauthorized access and weather impacts, minimizing disruption to the client
Assist with material runs, site maintenance/housekeeping, and building inspections.
Facilitate subcontractor site work and coordinate site services such as rubbish collection, portable toilets, and cranes.
Represent the company positively during client interactions and monitor client satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
A strong interest in the design-build construction trade, with a willingness to learn and grow into a full-time carpenter role.
Ability to adapt to changing tasks and manage time efficiently.
A proactive, team-oriented attitude and readiness to take on new challenges.
Commitment to maintaining high standards of site safety, cleanliness, and professionalism.
A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
