Production Worker / Heat Press Operator

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Production Worker / Heat Press Operator to join our growing apparel production team.


The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, works well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in producing high-quality finished products.


Responsibilities

• Operate heat press equipment to apply designs, logos, names, and numbers to apparel
  
  
• Prepare garments and transfers for production
  
  
• Accurately follow work orders and production instructions
  
  
• Check placement, temperature, pressure, and timing before pressing
  
  
• Inspect finished garments for quality and accuracy
  
  
• Organize completed orders for the next stage of production
  
  
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
  
  
• Assist with other production duties as needed
  
  
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous heat press, apparel production, screen printing, or manufacturing experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person
