Position Summary
We are seeking a Production Assistant to help prepare promotional materials, supplies, displays, and event resources. This position is well suited for someone who is organized, hands-on, dependable, and comfortable working behind the scenes to support successful campaigns and events.
Responsibilities
- Prepare promotional materials and supplies for scheduled activities
- Organize displays, equipment, and event resources
- Assist with assembling, packaging, labeling, and organizing materials
- Check materials for accuracy, completeness, and presentation quality
- Prepare supplies for delivery or event setup
- Assist team members with event and promotional preparation
- Maintain an organized work area and inventory of assigned materials
- Help with setup and breakdown of promotional environments
- Communicate supply needs or production concerns to supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, organized, and able to follow instructions
- Comfortable working in a hands-on environment
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Previous production, warehouse, event, retail, or similar experience is helpful but not required
