Pro Resources is seeking a 1st Shift Production Assembly Supervisor in Rome City, IN. The Production Assembly Supervisor will lead and support the production assembly department. This role is responsible for supervising day-to-day assembly operations, ensuring production goals are met safely, efficiently, and with high quality. The ideal candidate has firsthand assembly experience, strong people-leadership skills, and a solid understanding of manufacturing workflows.

Job Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the production assembly team
- Plan and assign work to meet production schedules and customer demand
- Monitor production output, labor efficiency, and quality standards
- Identify and resolve production issues, bottlenecks, and quality concerns
- Train, coach, and develop assembly employees to improve performance and skills
- Enforce safety rules, procedures, and company policies
- Work closely with Production Planning, Quality, and Engineering as needed
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, quality, and productivity
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient production area
- Provide performance feedback and support corrective action when necessary
Background Profile
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production assembly environment
- Prior supervisory, lead, or team-lead experience preferred
- Strong understanding of assembly processes and production workflows
- Ability to read and follow assembly drawings, work instructions, and BOMs
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced production environment
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supervising mechanical or electromechanical assembly teams
- Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience
- ERP or production tracking system experience
