The Production Assembly position is responsible for assembly line work associated with the company's various product lines. This includes all positions within the assembly, sub-assembly, and component build work centers.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meet daily/weekly production goals.
- Read and follow operator instructions, installation drawings, blueprints, etc.
- Self-check work and inspect prior processes.
- Collaborate with manufacturing & cross-functional teams (engineering, materials, purchasing, sales).
- Perform rework when necessary.
- Complete all required forms and documentation.
- Maintain a clean and safe 5S work area.
- Use basic hand, electric, cordless, and pneumatic tools correctly.
- Apply feedback and instructions from Supervisor and/or Team Lead.
- Initiate and support process-improvement ideas.
- Train other associates when needed.
- Any other jobs/duties given by supervisor.
