Lingo Staffing is hiring Production Assemblers for a leading manufacturing partner in Daleville, VA!This is a great opportunity for skilled manufacturing professionals who are looking for steady hours, competitive pay, and long-term growth in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:- The commercial assembler is responsible for sub assembly and installation of components for HVAC unit production.
- Areas of assembly include final prep/ quality inspection, heat exchanger/ small equipment, fan & door.
- Use hand tools and read basic blueprints as needed
- Maintain safety and productivity standards in a manufacturing environment
Requirements:- Prior construction or manufacturing experience
- Knowledge on how to use hand and power tools required
- Ability to lift 5075 lbs throughout the shift
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift
- Cannot be afraid of heights, positions require being 15-20 feet up at times
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to follow written instructions and read basic production documents
- Stellar attendance required
- Must be able and willing to work mandatory OT
