Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:15 PM - 12:30 AM
Position Type: Direct Hire / Permanent

Join a growing manufacturing team in a clean, state-of-the-art production environment! We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Production Assembly Operators to support the assembly and production of high-quality products.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble products and components according to work instructions and specifications
• Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy
• Operate assembly equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work area within a clean room environment
• Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures
• Meet production goals while maintaining high-quality standards

Qualifications:

• Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production experience preferred
• Ability to work with small components and perform repetitive tasks
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
