Production Assembler
Pay Rate: $25.46/hr-paid weekly
Shift: Monday-Thursday 7:30PM-6:00AM
Training shift: Monday-Thursday 6:00AM-5:30PM
- Subject to change based on production line hours and OT may be mandated Friday and Saturdays as needed)

Key Responsibilities
- Operate pre-set equipment to complete basic, repetitive production tasks.
- Assemble parts by placing components in specified relationships to ensure proper fit, function, and cosmetic quality.
- Perform simple equipment adjustments as needed.
- Align components, tighten fasteners, perform general servicing, and use gauges for quality checks.
- Utilize a variety of hand and basic production tools.
- Inspect and evaluate parts, components, and assemblies throughout the production process.
- Identify and report defects during all phases of manufacturing.
Work Environment & Requirements
- Drug and Background screening.
- Physical test.
- High School Diploma/GED or one-year work experience.
- Ability to stand for extended periods. Lift, reach, and pull.
- Work with hand tools.
- Comfortable working in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
- Ability to meet productivity and quality standards.
- Reliable transportation.
