Now hiring for a Production Assembler

Location: Frankfort, KY

Pay Rate: $16.75 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM-2:30 PM (Some Saturdays Required)

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements:

  • Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred
  • Ability to follow work instructions and production schedules
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties:

  • Assemble and repack parts according to daily production schedules
  • Produce parts following established work procedures
  • Assist machine operators with basic setups and adjustments
  • Perform quality inspections on finished products
  • Report safety concerns and quality issues promptly
  • Complete daily production paperwork accurately
  • Follow continuous improvement and workplace safety processes

Physical Capabilities:

  • Lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
  • Stand for the entire workday
  • Frequently bend, twist, stoop, and move materials
  • Work in a manufacturing environment with repetitive tasks
  • Steel-toed shoes required

What You Will Do

As a Production Assembler you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.

The Production Assembler plays an important role in manufacturing by supporting production processes that transform raw materials into finished products. This position requires attention to detail, dependability, and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced production environments.
