What Youll Do
- Build and assemble trusses and wall panels using modern component manufacturing machinery.
- Measure, cut, and place lumber accurately
- Load, stack, and move materials around the production floor
- Maintain clean, safe work areas
- Work as part of a tight, high-energy team
What Were Looking For
- No experience necessary we will train you
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to grow
- Comfortable working efficiently in a production-driven, outdoor-style environment
- Supports continuous improvement efforts
- Able to lift 5075 lbs and stay active all shift
