Looking for a steady 1st-shift manufacturing job that gets you home by mid-afternoon? Spherion Mid Ohio is hiring Production Assemblers in Ashland for a hands-on opportunity with a locally based manufacturer.
Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required. If you're dependable, good with your hands, and comfortable learning different jobs throughout production, this could be a great fit.
What You'll Do
- Assemble manufactured products and components
- Use basic math and measurements to complete work accurately
- Inspect your work for quality and attention to detail
- Learn multiple production and assembly tasks
- Work with teammates to meet daily production goals
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
What You'll Need
- Dependable attendance
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Basic math skills
- Ability to stand throughout an 8-hour shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
- Willingness to learn and rotate between different tasks
