    This position will be onsite at our warehouse in Allen, Texas (Dallas-Fort Worth area).

    Full-time W-2 ONSITE opportunity (not remote)!

    1st Shift - Mon - Fri 7:00am - 3:30pm

    2nd Shift - Mon - Fri 3:15pm - 11:45pm 

    About the Position: 

    We are seeking individuals to join our Operations Production Team in Allen, Texas. The ideal candidate will have strong interest in assembling electro-mechanical assemblies as a Production Assembler. The assembly operations include device programming & testing, mechanical & electrical assembly, electrical testing and final packaging. There are immediate positions available for 1st & 2nd shifts to meet the growth demands of the business. Opportunities exist for future advancement, and we strive to promote from within the organization.

    Responsibilities:     

    • Assemble electrical and electronic products by following written work instructions and established procedures.
    • Perform device programming, electrical testing, final product testing, packaging, and labeling.
    • Complete repetitive assembly tasks accurately and consistently while meeting quality and production standards.
    • Take ownership of assigned work from beginning to end and ensure work is completed correctly.
    • Identify and communicate quality, process, safety, or equipment issues and support continuous improvement efforts.
    • Use hand tools, basic power tools, and testing equipment safely and correctly.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
    • Work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
    • Maintain reliable attendance and report to work on time and prepared for the scheduled shift.

    Qualifications:  

    • High school diploma required.
    • Vocational training, technical certification, or related education in electronics, electrical systems, manufacturing, or a similar field preferred.
    • Experience performing detailed assembly work requiring patience and sustained attention.
    • Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and consistent attendance.
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
    • Ability to follow written instructions, established procedures, and quality standards.
    • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and accept responsibility for assigned work.
    • Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Willingness to identify and support opportunities for process and quality improvement.

    Preferred Experience:  

    • Five or more years of experience in manufacturing, production, electrical/electronic assembly, or a similar work environment preferred.
